Temporary difficulties have arisen with the delivery of goods from Armenia due to changes in customs procedures for importing goods to the Russian Federation (RF). The press service of Russia’s Ozon online marketplace stated this in response to a question from Armenian News-NEWS.am.

“In order for buyers not to cancel orders due to long delivery times, we have temporarily hidden the cards of these goods from buyers in the RF. At the same time, all goods of Armenian entrepreneurs located in Ozon’s Russian warehouses are being sold without restrictions. Similarly, sales within Armenia continue in full amount. Buyers see all goods from local sellers and can order them as usual.

We are already working to restore logistics chains and plan to return temporarily unavailable goods in the near future,” Ozon added.
