The visit of the Azerbaijani delegation to Armenia was a historic event, Azerbaijani presidential assistant Hikmet Hajiyev said, Azerbaijani media report.
According to him, Azerbaijan and Armenia are moving towards peace.
Hajiyev added, however, that "international partners should not return the region to outdated narratives."
