A protest action will take place on May 4 at 2:00 PM to demand the release of Armenian captives held in Baku and to call for an end to overlooking the decline of democracy in the Republic of Armenia.
As a reminder, the 8th Summit of the European Political Community will be held in Yerevan on May 4, bringing leaders from various European countries and institutions to Armenia. Participants will gather at 2:00 PM at 1 Komitas Ave (Mergelyan Park) and march toward the Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concerts Complex, where the summit is scheduled to take place.
The "Armenia" Alliance invites citizens to join the protest and raise their voices against the decline of democracy in Armenia, attacks on the Armenian Apostolic Church, and the existence of political prisoners. The organizers demand the release of all Armenian captives held in Baku and an end to the destruction of Armenian heritage. Join the movement and speak out for real democracy, freedom of speech, and free, fair, and transparent elections.
