Yesterday, the Ministry of Internal Affairs received information that a hanging body was located behind the pavilion situated at the entrance to the Institute of Botany.
According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, law enforcement officers established that the deceased was Valentina Orlova, an ethnic Russian woman, whose body was found hanging by a Botanical Garden security officer.
A criminal case has been opened by the investigative department over the incident.
