Hraparak daily of Armenia writes as follows, in particular: According to our information, the authorities, through law enforcement agencies, are finding the non-pro-government employees of provincial and community institutions: polyclinics, kindergartens, etc.

They are conducting a so-called pre-election check through the heads of institutions to find out which of their employees has what views and who they will approximately vote for in the June 7 [parliamentary] elections. And when they even have a vague suspicion that this or that employee is a voter of the opposition forces, will not vote for the CC [i.e. Armenia’s ruling Civil Contract party], they begin to conduct explanatory conversations through various methods, convince, and urge [them] not to participate in the elections. They try to have a psychological impact, saying that after the elections, regardless of everything, the CC will be in power, and the opposition will have problems.

They are ostentatiously compiling lists of CC voters, inspiring that they will be able to find out who will vote and how, but all their hopes are on the fear factor and people's illiteracy that they believe in their superhuman abilities and the unconditional victory of the failed CC.
