A group of Iranian military personnel attempted to invade the Bubiyan Island of Bubiyan, the Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense reported. According to its data, six people with links to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran tried to enter Kuwait by sea.

After clashes with local security services, four of the attackers were arrested, while two went into hiding, the ministry said. The demands include: “a cessation of the war on all fronts, especially in Lebanon,” “the lifting of anti-Iranian sanctions,” “the unblocking of Iranian assets,” “compensation for the damage caused by the war,” and “recognition of Iran’s sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz.”
