No contacts are planned between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan for now, Russian presidential spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said.

“No, but they have been recently. There are no such plans for now,” Peskov told reporters Wednesday, answering a respective question.

In turn, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk said that a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, within the framework of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council meeting to be held in Astana, was also not planned.

“As far as I know, it is not planned. But, most likely, some contact may take place while standing,” Overchuk said, answering a question in that regard.
