I have established trustful relations with the president of Russia and the head of the Russian government. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this during a press briefing held at the government Thursday, answering a question about Armenia’s current tense relations with Russia.
“This is not the first time that issues that need clarification arise. The Kremlin has officially commented that there are issues that need to be clarified. Yes, these issues will be clarified. I have said before that Armenian-Russian relations are in a transformation phase, and I consider this transformation positive,” Pashinyan added.
Also, he announced that Armenia will diversify its relations.
“And we do not touch Russia’s interests in Armenia,” the Armenian premier added.
