Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Monday had a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, the PM’s office informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The Russian president congratulated the premier of Armenia on his birthday and sent his best wishes. Pashinyan, for his part, thanked the Russian president for the call and congratulations.

Also, the interlocutors exchanged views on current issues on the bilateral and multilateral agenda.

The prime minister of Armenia thanked the Russian president for his balanced positions on a number of issues that gave rise to misreadings, his friendly tone, as well as his support.

The interlocutors agreed to continue the discussions at a suitable opportunity in the format of a meeting.
