Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Minister of Armenia Davit Khudatyan participated in the official opening ceremony of the full operation of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway in Akhalkalaki, Georgia, Khudatyan himself informed on social media.

He noted that the event was attended also by Turkey’s Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloglu, and Azerbaijan’s Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev.

Khudatyan had brief contacts with his Turkish and Azerbaijani counterpart ministers.
