Armenia's current course leads to concrete actions against Russian interests. Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) spokesperson Maria Zakharova stated this in an interview with the RIA Novosti news agency on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum

"This is just another concrete step by official Yerevan aimed at expanding cooperation with Western countries... However, in practice it turns out that these are steps that lead to concrete actions against Russian interests," Zakharova said, commenting on US Secretary of State Marco Rubio's recent short visit to Armenia.
