Russia's position on the upcoming parliamentary elections in Armenia was presented by President Vladimir Putin, and it has not changed, Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson Maria Zakharova said.

"As for the parliamentary elections in Armenia scheduled for June 7, Russian President Vladimir Putin outlined our position during a meeting with [Armenian Prime Minister] Nikol Pashinyan, and that position has not changed," Zakharova told RIA Novosti news agency on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
