There is no deadline for Armenia to decide on its future position on the European Union (EU) or the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), but it would be useful to do so sooner, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk said.

“None. Armenia is a member of the EAEU... There is no deadline. There is an opinion that it would be useful for Armenia, first of all for the leadership of Armenia, to decide on its position as soon as possible. But there is no deadline,” Overchuk told RIA Novosti at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, answering the question of what deadlines Armenia has to decide on its future: the EU or the EAEU.
