The people of Armenia have once again spoken in favor of democratic values, regional stability, and a European future. Lithuanian Prime Minister Inga Ruginiene wrote this in her message to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan regarding the victory achieved by the Civil Contract party in Armenia’s 2026 parliamentary elections.
“We look forward to deepening our partnership and stand ready to support Armenia on its path toward closer ties with the EU,” Ruginiene noted.
