Stephen Doughty, the UK Minister of State for Europe, North America and Overseas Territories in the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, has congratulated Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on his ruling party’s win in the National Assembly (parliamentary) elections on Sunday.
