Despite US President Donald Trump's threats to strike Iran again, talks to resolve the conflict between the two countries are continuing, a senior US administration official said, Fox News reports.

According to the source, the dialogue between the two parties has not been interrupted, and Washington intends to continue to exert maximum pressure on Tehran to reach an agreement.

Earlier, Trump said that he was ready to issue an order to launch new strikes on Iran. And he noted energy infrastructure facilities, including power plants and bridges, as possible targets.
