Russia's ambassador to Armenia, Sergey Kopyrkin, returned to Yerevan after consultations in Moscow and resumed his duties. This was reported to TASS by the Russian Foreign Ministry.

According to the ministry, Kopyrkin will also host a reception on the occasion of Russia Day.

It should be recalled that at the end of May, Kopyrkin traveled to Moscow for consultations related to steps taken by the Armenian leadership toward closer ties with the European Union.
