The Iranian news agency Pars Today reports that the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters has announced the complete closure of the Strait of Hormuz to all vessels.

According to the agency, the passage of oil tankers and commercial ships has been halted due to the "unsafe environment" in the region caused by ongoing US actions.

The statement asserts that any movement within the strait will be treated as hostile and could target for destruction. It also rejects US claims regarding the free passage of vessels through the area.

At present, there is no official, independent confirmation of the complete closure of the Strait of Hormuz.
