The Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters stated that the cessation of US strikes on targets in southern Iran, which US President Donald Trump had previously spoken about, was the result of a "powerful and crushing response" by the armed forces of the Islamic Republic.

The statement asserts that the Iranian military has dealt "yet another defeat" to the American army.

At the same time, the headquarters emphasized that the response of Iran's armed forces to the "aggression and provocations of the United States" will continue.
