The parliamentary elections held in Armenia were accompanied by many difficulties and fundamental violations, stated the chairperson of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Russia, Ella Pamfilova.

According to her, two members of the Russian CEC, as well as 24 representatives of Russian territorial election commissions, worked in Armenia within the framework of the observation mission of the aforesaid elections on June 7.

“All of them showed themselves brilliantly and excellently. The work was not easy, from early morning to late evening. There were many difficulties, and the [electoral] violations, let's be honest, were not few; they were fundamental violations,” Pamfilova noted during a meeting of the Russian CEC.
