Currently, local preparatory work continues within the framework of the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP) project, with the active involvement of partners. Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Minister of Armenia Davit Khudatyan on Thursday announced this to reporters in the Armenian parliament.

According to him, the respective research and preparations are in the final phase.

The minister recalled that in late May and early June, the foreign policy chiefs of Armenia and the US signed the relevant document.

“I am confident that in the second half of 2026, in fall or winter, we will already move on to the phase of construction work,” Khudatyan noted.
