Media reports about the creation of a $300 billion private investment fund as part of the US-Iran conflict settlement agreement are untrue, US President Donald Trump announced.

This is a made-up story that has been unnecessarily exaggerated from a statement that sounded pretty good. It could have been worded a little more clearly, but this is a fabrication, and they’re not investing a cent, Trump added.
