Armenia perceives relations with Russia as an available financial instrument for reorientation towards the European path, Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) spokesperson Maria Zakharova told RIA Novosti.
“There is a persistent impression that relations with Moscow are perceived in Yerevan as a unique ‘tactical’ tool with which they are trying to pave the way for financing [their] reorientation towards the European path,” Zakharova said.
