Armenia will continue to remain a full member of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), retaining all its rights and obligations, Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) spokesperson Maria Zakharova told RIA Novosti.
“Armenia has been abstaining from the work of the CSTO for more than two years, but still retains its status as a full member of the organization, its rights and obligations,” Zakharova said.
