The regulatory documents of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) do not provide for any forms of withholding funding. Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) spokesperson Maria Zakharova told this to RIA Novosti, commenting on Armenia's debts to the CSTO.

Zakharova recalled that since the beginning of 2024, Armenia has not transferred its membership fee to the CSTO budget.

“The CSTO regulatory documents do not provide for any forms of withholding funding,” the Russian MFA spokesperson said.
