Narek Karapetyan, the No. 1 MP candidate on the opposition Strong Armenia Alliance’s electoral list, announced in a video message that he wants to organize a meeting, in Yerevan’s Tashir Arena in two days, with the people who had voted for their political force in the June 7 parliamentary elections.
“In order to decide a few things together: whether to not take or whether to take the [parliamentary] mandates is the right [thing to do], to discuss the ways of struggle within the framework of the law. I think it will be a very interesting, touching, emotional discussion,” Karapetyan noted.
Also, he stated that after the discussion, they will go to the Constitutional Court of Armenia.
“In order to protect the votes of our compatriots, since that day there will be a [Constitutional Court] session against electoral fraud. The meeting will take place at 13:00,” Karapetyan added.
