Armenia’s contribution to the total budget of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) is 10 percent, Russia’s permanent representative to the CSTO, Viktor Vasilyev, said Friday.
At the same time, the Russian diplomat noted that Armenia has not paid the stipulated amount for two years.
“The 10 percent that the Armenian side was supposed to pay has not been paid for two years,” Vasilyev told RIA Novosti.
