YEREVAN. – Armenia’s National Assembly Speaker Samvel Nikoyan will soon assume the position of Nature Protection Minister, Hayatsk daily writes.       

“This is informed by the sources close to the Presidential Palace. They say Nikoyan is not against [this], since the remaining positions have countless candidates who have stronger backers,” Hayatsk writes.
