Poland’s Minister of National Defence, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, said that after consultations with Prime Minister Donald Tusk, he had ordered the declassification of information on all aid deliveries to Ukraine for the period from 2022 to 2026.

According to him, the decision was made “while maintaining responsibility to public opinion and in accordance with the applicable law.”

“After consultations with Prime Minister Donald Tusk, while maintaining responsibility to public opinion and in accordance with legal norms, I ordered the declassification of all data on aid deliveries to Ukraine for 2022–2026,” Kosiniak-Kamysz wrote on social media platform X.

The minister recalled that the process of transferring military equipment to Ukraine had been initiated by the previous government of the Law and Justice party under then-Defense Minister Mariusz Błaszczak.

“The process of transferring equipment was initiated by the Law and Justice government headed by Minister Mariusz Błaszczak,” he noted.

Kosiniak-Kamysz also emphasized that the president of Poland receives information about every arms shipment. According to him, President Karol Nawrocki is currently being informed about these decisions, and previously it was Andrzej Duda.

In addition, the minister said he had instructed the Military Counterintelligence Service (SKW) to conduct an investigation in connection with the possible deliberate disclosure of state secrets.

“I also instructed the Military Counterintelligence Service to determine who intentionally tried to reveal state secrets. We are acting under conditions of war at our borders, and any actions directed against Poland’s national interests endanger the safety of Polish women and men,” he said.

Addressing former Defense Minister Mariusz Błaszczak, Kosiniak-Kamysz added:

“Mr. Błaszczak, you have already done this once. Everyone will be held accountable for this — regardless of immunity.”

In conclusion, the head of Poland’s defense ministry emphasized that in all his actions he is guided exclusively by the interests of the security of Polish citizens.

“In all my actions, I always act in the interest of the safety of Polish women and men,” Kosiniak-Kamysz said.
