YEREVAN. - Hayasa and Hayrenapasht NGOs young representatives gathered together on Tuesday in downtown Yerevan to honor the memory of martyrs perished during Shushi liberation and World War II.
Russian community head Yuri Yakovenko, Hayasa president Suren Mkrtchyan and Hayrenapasht union president Arman Karapetyan delivered speeches in the Victory Park.
Hayasa includes representatives of 12 ethnic minorities in Armenia.
On May 9 Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh Republic celebrate the Victory Day in the World War II (Great Patriotic War) as well as the Liberation of Shushi and the anniversary of Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army.
