Hraparak daily of Armenia writes as follows, in particular: In 2024, under the name of border delimitation, about 15 hectares of territory from Kirants village, fortified defensive positions in the Kirants-Baghanis section for about 30 years, nearby positions of Berkaber village were unilaterally handed over to Azerbaijan.

With the border delimitation in the Voskepar-Baghanis section, an Azerbaijani outpost has now been built in the former defensive position handed over to Azerbaijan, and a large Azerbaijani flag was recently placed opposite the interstate motorway.

It has a severe psychological impact on those traveling along that section of the Armenia-Georgia road.
