Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg, together with other participants in the action, glued herself to the asphalt near the office of the German defense company Rheinmetall by the Brandenburg Gate in central Berlin. This was reported by the police of the German capital.

According to law enforcement, more than 40 people gathered at Pariser Platz in the morning. About 40 participants in the protest glued themselves to the ground, blocking one of the passages to Ebertstrasse.

As Berliner Zeitung writes, the protest was organized by the movement Peacefully against Genocide. The participants spoke out against the activities of the Rheinmetall plant in Berlin's Wedding district, condemned the military actions in the Gaza Strip, and also protested against the use of German weapons in armed conflicts.

Police monitored the situation at the site of the protest. There were no reports of detentions or serious incidents.
