Tehran will under no circumstances allow Washington to interfere in the management of the Strait of Hormuz. This is stated in a statement by Ebrahim Zolfaghari, a representative of the central headquarters of Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya military command.

“The repeated adventurous and provocative actions of the United States to interfere in the management of the Strait of Hormuz have seriously threatened regional security, international trade, and the navigation of oil tankers and merchant vessels,” Zolfaghari emphasized. “Under no circumstances will we allow the United States to interfere in the management of the Strait of Hormuz.”
