The Administrative Court has dismissed the lawsuit filed by "TASHIR CAPITAL" CJSC against the Government of the Republic of Armenia. This information was reported by the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure (MTAI).

On July 1, 2026, "TASHIR CAPITAL" CJSC filed a lawsuit in the RA Administrative Court against the RA Government. The lawsuit sought to recognize the absence of a legal relationship concerning the alienation of a 70% stake in "Electric Networks of Armenia" CJSC (ENA) as an exceptional measure based on the Law "On Energy" and in accordance with Article 60 of the Constitution.

The Court ruled that such a lawsuit is not subject to examination, citing the grounds for rejecting the acceptance of a lawsuit as defined by Article 80, Part 1, Clause 1 of the Administrative Procedure Code.

Specifically, according to Article 80, Part 1, Clause 1 of the RA Administrative Procedure Code, the administrative court shall reject the acceptance of a lawsuit if the lawsuit is not subject to examination in court.
