On July 14, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine supported the resignation of Yulia Svyrydenko from the post of prime minister. The corresponding decision means the resignation of the entire government.
According to sources of Ukrainska Pravda in the team of the president of Ukraine, as of July 14, Svyrydenko had not agreed to take the position of Ukraine's ambassador to the United States after her dismissal.
MP Yaroslav Zhelezniak reported that after resigning from the post of prime minister, Svyrydenko would become ambassador to the United States, while the media note that the current ambassador, Olha Stefanishyna, asked to end her service for personal reasons.
