The Ambassador of Armenia to the United States, Narek Mkrtchyan, held a meeting at the US Department of Agriculture with Daniel Whitley, Administrator of the Foreign Agricultural Service. This was reported by the Embassy of Armenia to the United States.

During the meeting, the parties discussed opportunities for expanding cooperation in the agricultural sector between Armenia and the United States.

They examined the prospects of exporting Armenian agricultural products to the US market, addressing market access procedures, current regulations, and the prerequisites for export promotion.

The interlocutors also discussed prospects for establishing business ties and developing mutually beneficial cooperation between private sector companies from both countries.
