About 5 billion drams have been allocated to incentivize employees of state bodies. The corresponding decision was adopted at a meeting of the Armenian Government on July 16.
The decision is intended to ensure the implementation of the Cabinet’s decision on the pilot introduction of an incentive system based on new criteria through the assessment of work performance.
The funds will be allocated for the implementation of the program based on the results of the first half of 2026.
