On July 16, the Television and Radio Commission held its regular meeting to review the final phase of the administrative proceedings initiated against "Radio Vibe" LLC. The proceedings followed two applications submitted to the Commission on June 24, 2026, by Lyudmila Shahinyan, the Director of "Egalite" LLC, alleging apparent violations of the Law on Audiovisual Media by the broadcaster.

According to the first application, the director of "Radio Vibe" LLC, who was responsible for compiling the competitive licensing application and presenting reliable data, allegedly included fraudulent content in the submission for the use of the 106.9 MHz frequency. In the second application, the complainant argued that the broadcaster was failing to meet its licensing conditions, which specified that the majority of the programs must be of its own production. These terms also required that radio plays and audio readings of Armenian literature be broadcast in Armenian, and that special attention be dedicated to educational programming for youth, as well as the study of scientific and technological achievements.

Following a comprehensive, full, and objective examination of the case, and after studying and evaluating the acquired evidence, the Commission concluded that the facts gathered during the administrative proceedings did not substantiate the complainant's claims. Consequently, the Commission decided to dismiss the proceedings initiated against "Radio Vibe" LLC based on the application by "Egalite" LLC. This decision can be appealed either directly to the Television and Radio Commission or to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within two months from the date it enters into force.
