On July 15, Armenia's Deputy Ministers of Economy, Arman Khojoyan and Anushik Avetyan, met with Abdul Wahidi, Director of the Omani company KV Group, and its Vice President, Muhammad Al Balushi. The meeting was also attended by Hrachya Poladyan, Armenia's Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman. The discussions focused on developing trade and economic relations between the two countries, with a specific emphasis on the potential for exporting fresh Armenian fruits and vegetables to the Omani market.

During the session, Arman Khojoyan outlined the Armenian government's export promotion policies and stressed the strategic importance of expanding economic ties with the Persian Gulf countries. He highlighted Armenia's strong potential in intensive agriculture and greenhouse farming as key assets for international trade.

Representatives from KV Group expressed strong interest in importing fresh produce from Armenia. As part of their visit, the delegation plans to tour several Armenian orchards and greenhouse complexes to inspect the agricultural products and assess export capabilities firsthand.

To turn these discussions into practical steps, both sides agreed to maintain close cooperation, organize business-to-business (B2B) meetings involving Armenian producers, and exchange the necessary technical and commercial information to finalize the framework of their upcoming trade partnerships.
