The new message was recorded at 14:17 Moscow time, according to the Telegram channel "UVB-76 Logs," which tracks the station's activity. The radio transmitted the signal "Sukhodeliye."

UVB-76 is a military radio station created in the 1970s that mainly broadcasts a short buzzing signal, which is why it is sometimes called "the Buzzer."
