U.S. President Donald Trump called the deaths of two American service members in Jordan “very sad,” the media report.

“We are very sorry that this happened. It was done in the name of our country,” Trump said, while reiterating that Iran “cannot and must not possess nuclear weapons.”

Later, after Iran announced the suspension of its obligations under the temporary agreement, Trump said that he “couldn’t care less.”
