U.S. President Donald Trump said that Iran has been very severely affected as a result of American strikes.

“Iran has been very, very badly damaged. They have lost almost everything militarily. They have very little left,” Trump told reporters on Monday night.

The American leader added that the United States “delivered another powerful strike against them again tonight.”

Earlier, the U.S. Central Command in the Middle East (CENTCOM) reported that American armed forces had begun another series of strikes on Iranian targets, specifying that this was happening for the ninth consecutive night.

The operation began on Sunday at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
