FBI Director Kash Patel plans to visit Russia in mid-October, Politico reports.
The information comes amid ongoing disagreements between Washington and Moscow over the war in Ukraine, as American lawmakers push for new tough sanctions against Russia.
According to a U.S. official, Patel is expected to visit Russia on October 14–15, first stopping in Moscow and then in St. Petersburg.
