U.S. President Donald Trump has ordered the termination of previously signed non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) with former government employees and contractors involved in investigations into unidentified anomalous phenomena (UFOs), Fox News Digital reports.
According to the report, the lifting of restrictions applies exclusively to former government employees and contractors — those who possess information that could assist in investigating unidentified phenomena.
Such individuals are now allowed to submit information to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) or to the presidential task force PURSUE without fear of violating the terms of previously signed non-disclosure agreements.
The purpose of the decision made by the American president is to remove legal barriers that may have discouraged potential witnesses of UFO sightings from providing data, the publication уточняется.
