An alleged associate of American financier Jeffrey Epstein was found dead in France. BFMTV reported this on July 22.

“Model recruiter Daniel Ciad was found dead at his home,” the statement said.

According to the broadcaster, this refers to former modeling agent and photographer Daniel Ciad, who was suspected of procuring girls for Epstein for the purpose of sexual exploitation.

Law enforcement has launched an investigation into the circumstances of his death; the cause has not yet been established.
