There are two real candidates for the post of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic’s President – the incumbent president Bako Sahakyan and former Minister of defense, famous military and political figure Vitaly Balasanyan, Gegham Baghdasaryan, former Karabapkh MP, expert and editor of NKR Analiticon journal told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

“A balanced development for NKR is unacceptable, radical changes are needed to ensure rapid growth. In terms of democracy, we should be above the level of our opponents,” the expert said.

As Armenian News-NEWS.am informed earlier, presidential elections in NKR are to be held on July 19, 2012.
