Montenegro has introduced a visa regime for citizens of Belarus, China, Russia, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey. This was reported by the country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Starting from November 1, 2026, citizens of the listed countries will need a visa to enter Montenegro.
It is noted that visa centers will soon be opened in Pakistan, China, Armenia, Kazakhstan, the Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Belarus, Nepal, and Uzbekistan, and there are also plans to expand the network to Jordan, Kuwait, Thailand, and Indonesia.
