Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said its forces attacked U.S. troops stationed in Jordan using ballistic missiles, state broadcaster IRIB reported.
According to the IRGC, its aerospace force launched several ballistic missiles at a U.S. air base and the command center of the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) in Jordan.
"As long as threats against the Islamic Republic of Iran and the unlawful and malicious actions of American forces against our interests continue, the resistance will continue," the IRGC said in a statement.
"Threats by American officials and unlawful interventions against our interests must stop," the IRGC emphasized.
