Another 1,710,900,000 drams (about $4.6 million) have been allocated within the framework of the program to assist the export of individual products of the greenhouse economy of Armenia. The respective decision was made at Thursday’s Cabinet meeting of the government.
Thus, reimbursement will be paid for the month of August as well to economic entities for individual products being exported from Armenia. It is emphasized that taking into account the fact that economic entities have been actively negotiating exports to other markets, an increase in exports from Armenia is expected in the near future.
According to another decision, under the program to assist the exports of fruits as well as some food and beverages from Armenia, the reimbursement in August will amount to 3,036,000,000 drams (about $8.3 million).
The list of reimbursed products for August has been supplemented with apples, pears, grapes, figs, raspberries, mulberries, Cornelian cherries and tomato paste, as well as the amounts of reimbursement being provided for individual products in previous months have been revised.
In addition, within the framework of this program, the list of documents required for the preparation of reimbursement documents for Armenian goods being exported by air to other member states of the Eurasian Economic Union has been supplemented with a document confirming air transportation.
