We will resign on Sunday. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced this at the Cabinet meeting of the Armenian government on Thursday.
He explained that this is the last Cabinet meeting related to the formation of the ninth convocation of the parliament.
Pashinyan added that after the resignation of the government, the president of Armenia will appoint the candidate nominated by the parliamentary majority as prime minister.
“This is the last time we are holding a [Cabinet] meeting with the current composition,” the premier noted, thanking his colleagues for the work they have done.
